What pushed me forward was not so much that I felt completely ready, but rather, I focused on how much I would be missing if I did not take the chance to pursue it. Basically, it became a lot harder to say "No" and continue putting it off than to say "Yes" and truly go for it. As with many good decisions in life, one should find that in the risk of pursuing a goal, the potential benefits outweigh its potential drawbacks. How it Began: Designing my Logo I'll save the details of how I got the official 'green light' to move forward with starting my business for another time. For now, I will share the process behind my business' logo: Created on November 25, 2023, two days after officially opening my LLC. I'd like to say that the process was very methodical, as I tend to take that approach for situations in business the majority of the time, but this time around, it was pretty intuitive. The colors, the design, the lighthouse, the path... I let the purpose of the business essentially guide the way for what I wanted to see it represented as. At the same time, I went through multiple iterations of the design. That's what I want to drive home with this blog. While the idea may be there, it takes many iterations to get to the right plan. Having the right building block is crucial to establishing a solid foundation to grow in the long term. That goes for many elements of life beyond business.
